By accessing or using Beatcon ("the Service"), operated by Beatcon ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Beatcon is an AI-powered security video analysis platform that processes user-uploaded surveillance footage to identify potential threats and generate security reports. The Service uses artificial intelligence and is intended as a supplementary tool — not a replacement for professional security services, law enforcement, or emergency response.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time through the Manage Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Videos uploaded for analysis are processed by our AI system and are deleted from our servers immediately after analysis is complete. We do not store, retain, or review your video footage beyond the time required to generate your report. Generated reports are your property.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Beatcon does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis or report. Our AI system may produce false positives or fail to detect actual threats. The Service is not a substitute for professional security assessment, monitoring, or emergency services. If you believe you are in danger, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beatcon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of property, personal injury, or security incidents.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
